Refund Policy

We hope you love our products as much as we do, and want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

We offer returns or refunds within 7 days of purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. Your items must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, or that has been damaged not due to our error, is not eligible for a return, along with items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a 10-14 business days. Any original shipping charges (or shipping costs) are not refundable and will deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, first please check your bank account, and credit card company, as it may take time before it is officially posted to your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@noshinku.com.

Sale items

Only regular full-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or those purchased with a discount code cannot be refunded or returned.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@noshinku.com.

Shipping

The customer is responsible for handling and paying for any return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping or any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
