We do everything we can to ensure a seamless shipping process, so that your hands can stay clean, hydrated, and refreshed anywhere. What is the average order processing time?

Standard orders are processed to be shipped in 2-5 business days.
Wholesale orders & dispenser orders are processed to be shipped within 5 business days, though we always try to get out sooner!

Does Noshinku offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50, and from time to time with exclusive codes in our emails for our subscribers.
How much is standard shipping?

For most orders under $50, shipping is usually a flat $3.50, but varies based on the final destination.

What is the expected delivery time?

Depending on your order and destination, all standard packages should arrive in 3-8 days. Given, covid, sometimes package with our USPS and UPS shipping partners are slightly delayed in their system, but we do everything we can to make sure your packages arrive as soon as possible.

How do tracking updates work?

Once your order is shipped out of our warehouse, you should receive a tracking number directly to the email you used to purchase. Our carrier partners scan the packages at their initial processing facility, so sometimes tracking is slightly delayed in the USPS, FedEx, or UPS systems and takes 1-3 business days. If you don't see any changes to the status of your shipment after 5 days, please send us a note at support@noshinku.com and we will gladly assist.

Haven't received your items?

While we do everything we can to make sure your packages are delivered safe and sound, unfortunately some issues can arise from time to time with the mail partners that are out of our control, such as loss of tracking, delayed tracking, stolen packages, etc. In most cases, the items are recovered and delivered, but in the event that a package is lost, we can help you with the claims process and, in most cases, get your order resent right away.
If you believe your package is lost and you have not received tracking updates for at least 15 days, please send us an email at support@noshinku.com (with your order number) and we'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that claims of packages that got lost in-transit must be made within 90 days from the shipping date in order to be honored a refund or replacement.

The tracking is saying that it was delivered, but I haven't received?
With Covid, all of our carrier partners leave packages at the front door or within a front desk to limit contact. Sometimes we have found that a member of the household accidentally brings in the package without realizing it, especially as we ship in eco-recycled unmarked brown boxes and envelopes. Usually the package turns up after a couple of days. Once a shipment is "confirmed delivered" by the courier, we (Noshinku) unfortunately can no longer accept refund requests, or inquire as to the order status. If the customer has a shipment that has been confirmed delivered, yet they are not in receipt of the product, it is the customer's responsibility to contact and file a claim with the courier.  Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the destination address is secure to receive packages. 
As our goal though is to ensure you receive the product, if this issue occurs though, we will definitely do everything in our power to assist, so please reach out to support@noshinku.com.
Can I modify my shipping address?

If you placed the wrong shipping address, please reach out to support@noshinku.com within 2 hours for us to update before the order is processed. Once the order is transferred to our shipping partner, unfortunately we unable to make changes to the address.
Can I cancel an order before it ships?

Once an order is processed, unfortunately we are unable to make cancelations as it is already heading to our shipping team. Once you receive the package, we can help process returns, with the customer being responsible for return shipping.
